Ivory & Beau Bride, Wedding & Florals: Morgan & Clay ft. on Coastal Georgia Weddings
Our #iandbbride Morgan was the most radiant bride in her Maggie Sottero gown - an elegant halter fit-and-flare wedding dress. With a halter neckline, illusion lace detailing, and a fitted silhouette, this dress was perfect for her classic, industrial wedding at the Railroad Museum, in Savannah, Georgia. Not only did she say “yes” to her perfect dress at Ivory & Beau, we also had the honor of coordinating & creating the florals for Morgan & Clay’s special day. The vision for their wedding was simple, classic with lots of greenery and candlelight.
With a color palette of navy blue, sage, dusty blue & ivory, we used blue tweedia, thistle, blue hydrangeas, and a variety of roses & eucalyptus for their arrangements. For Morgan’s bridal bouquet she wanted a round, medium-sized organic arrangement with mostly white blooms with pops of dusty blue & light gray. The bridesmaids bouquets were smaller versions of her bouquet, along with a small posy for the flower girl. Clay’s boutonniere had ivory blooms with a pop of blue. They opted out of a floral ceremony backdrop, using only the elements of the venue space. The aisle markers were two large arrangements on either side of the entrance of the aisle, which were later reused on the sweetheart table. The reception tables had lose greenery along the center with a variety of candles. The ceiling was draped with flowy white tapestry & string lights.
