Originally launched as Simply Savannah Events in 2012, the company expanded quickly to include both bridal gowns and custom wedding florals. In 2023, Ivory & Beau moved into its stunning historic home at the corner of Victory Drive and Waters Avenue, directly across from Daffin Park in Savannah, Georgia. In 2025, the boutique grew even further with the acquisition of Camellia Bridal, solidifying Ivory & Beau as the ultimate destination for bridal shopping in the Southeast. In 2019, Nicole Mason took the stage as a Dancing Star, raising $20,000 in honor of her dad, Art Schwalge. Just a few years later, in 2022, Nicole’s father lost his battle with Dementia—only one month before her daughter was born.
Since then, Ivory & Beau has remained deeply connected to this cause — sponsoring flowers, attending the event every year, and proudly supporting team members like Megan Hollis, who also raised $20,000 as a Dancing Star in 2023.
Now, in 2026, Nicole is putting her dance shoe back on — this time joined by her employees — to dance once again in memory of her father and to continue the fight to end Alzheimer’s.
✨ Our goal is to raise $25,000, but with your support, we know we can surpass it. Every dollar brings us closer to a cure and honors the countless families affected by Alzheimer’s and Dementia.
