Marisa & Scott
Marisa is kind of awesome. (Can I say badass?!) Not only is she a gorgeous mom, but she paints cars for a living (something my dad always wanted me to do! He always told me to keep that as my backup option) So meeting a woman in the car industry was awesome! Trust me when I say, women working on cars are a rare thing (but should be more common!) Marisa came in loving Sarah Seven, and we think her choice of Swell was perfect. It's hands down one of my favorite Sarah Seven gowns, so it was so nice to see it go to a bride who wore it so well! It fit her like a glove! It had the perfect mix of boho and flowy for their Charleston wedding. Their wedding took place at The Rice Mill, an amazing historic waterfront venue with breathtaking views, and rustic interior. Congratulations Marisa & Scott! And a huge thank you to Dana Cubbage photography for sharing these with us!
Isn't her bouquet just so amazing? Branch Design Studio did such a phenomenal job, we are loving those succulents! And we love the complimentary flower crown! We always get asked "should I do a flower crown? Will it be too much?" And our answer is YES you should do a flower crown! The bigger the better!! And don't worry about a veil, you can easily do a flower crown with or without a veil! Her bridesmaids were from one of our favorite brands, Show Me Your Mumu. These mix and match gowns are so easy to wear again and again, like our Joanna August bridesmaids dresses!

In the enchanting embrace of Savannah's historic charm, Sarah and Max's love story unfolded amidst the timeless setting at The Drayton Hotel. With Ivory & Beau orchestrating the affair as both floral designer and wedding management, their wedding became a captivating narrative of contrasts, blending the allure of modern dark, moody florals with an artistic and editorial grace that feels very ‘old Hollywood’.
On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!
