For couples seeking a timeless and grandeur backdrop for their wedding day, this enchanting venue offers a blend of sophistication and romance, helping make your dream luxe Southern wedding a reality.

The Venue: Perry Lane Hotel

Stepping into Hotel Perry Lane feels like entering a world where luxury meets Southern hospitality and charm. With its retro yet elegant “Old-Hollywood” style exterior, mixed with its contemporary interior design and picturesque views, the hotel provides an enchanting setting for couples to exchange vows and celebrate their love.

Setting the scene with moody florals by Ivory & Beau

In the realm of classic whites and soft toned wedding florals, few choices exude the richness and sophistication quite like the allure of moody and organic florals in deep berry shades. As brides seek to infuse their big day with depth, passion and timeless elegance, the velvety dark red wedding bouquet with small pops of muted light tones emerges as a symbol of beauty and romance, and provides a striking contrast against a brides white wedding dress. When Dawn initially reached out to us seeking our work on their wedding flowers, we were over the moon with her Pinterest board of moody and romantic references. Megan, our Lead Florist, worked closely with Dawn, who responded to Megan’s first floral proposal with “I am blown away.  I cannot WAIT to get started with you! The proposal looks perfect in terms of the mood/vibe.  You nailed it!”

Megan said “I’m in love with Dawn’s moody berry color palette! I think it’s an updated and fresh take on the classic blush and burgundy color palette. Think muted Valentines and strawberries dipped in chocolate! I thought the free standing arch was going to be a design challenge for me and it actually turned out fairly easy for me to construct! Just needed a few good sturdy willow branches and viola!”

On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!

The Ceremony: A Moment of Elegant romance

As guests gather in anticipation, their Winter wedding ceremony unfolds on the rooftop garden as Dawn walks down the aisle accompanied by her son and daughter, to the background ceremony music played by New Arts Ensembles. Her moody and organic style bridal bouquet is made up of greenery, deep red and burgundy blooms, with subtle pops of the lighter tones throughout. The wedding ceremony, officiated by Rev. Steve Schutle, culminates in Dawn & Larry exchanging their vows, set against the timeless beauty of Savannah and surrounded by their loved ones.

Savoring the Moment: Culinary Delights

A wedding at Perry Lane is not just an event; it is a culinary journey. Catered and hosted by Perry Lane, their globally acclaimed culinary team will guarantee that your wedding menu is tailored to suit your special day. Menus are curated with care by Executive Chef Daniel Herget, and guests can indulge in delectable American brasserie-style cuisine with a Southern twist, showcasing locally-sourced meats and seafood, as well as seasonal accompaniments. It sure looks like the food received the Bride’s stamp of approval!

Capturing Memories: Every Moment, Every Detail

To complete her art-piece, Wedding Live Painter A. Giles moves inside to add the finishing touches of her ceremony painting featuring Dawn & Larry standing in front of the Willow Arches - a beautiful way to remember their special day. As the evening unfolds, every moment is captured by the lens of skilled photographer Bud Johnson, immortalizing the love, laughter, and joy shared by the newlyweds and their cherished guests. One of our personal favorite moments is when Bud captures Dawn & Larry’s reaction to walking into their reception room for the first time, revealing the floral bloom centerpieces scattered in dark green foliage, the willow arch backdrop and deep red tapered candles surrounding the room, creating the perfect romantic and moody ambiance for their reception.

Dawn & Larry: their next chapter

On a Winter evening in the heart of Savannah, beneath the Spanish moss and Southern charm, a love story unfolded at Perry Lane. With its timeless elegance, romantic setting, and the enchanting allure of moody berry florals and candlelit surroundings crafted by Ivory & Beau, every detail was thought out to perfection, creating the romantic and dramatic backdrop to their memories that will last a lifetime.

Dawn’s thoughts on Ivory & Beau Florals: “Most Beautiful Wedding Flowers Ever Seen!”

“I hired Ivory & Beau for my wedding florals. Stunning isn't a strong enough word for how truly beautiful the bouquets were. The quality of the flowers was exceptional and the service was top notch. The process started with actual photos of every flower they were planning to use, so you could make changes early on and avoid unpleasant surprises on your wedding day. I was thrilled with the results and my flowers were my favorite element of the entire event.”

Thank you, Dawn & Larry, for choosing Ivory & Beau to bring your vision to life! We are beyond ecstatic that you were so happy with the final look and that our florals were your favorite part of the wedding!

We’re so happy that Dawn & Larry chose Ivory & Beau to help bring their wedding floral dreams to life, and we wish you both all the best for your future together as Mr & Mrs!

Lots of love, Ivory & Beau
