Ivory & Beau Bride, Wedding & Florals: Kate & Mitchell

Kate & Mitchell had a classic, boho wedding with a ceremony at The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, followed by a reception at the Charles Morris Center in Savannah, Georgia. Not only did Kate say “yes” to her Made With Love wedding dress at Ivory & Beau, we also had the honor of coordinating & creating the florals for their special day.

With a color palette of ivory, blush, peach, burnt orange & green, we used a variety of boho, organic blooms, pampas grass & greenery for their arrangements. For Kate’s bridal bouquet she wanted a wild, organic, arrangement with lots of greenery, and the bridesmaids’ bouquets were smaller, more rounded versions of her bouquet with baby’s breath & greenery. The boutonnieres had small ivory blooms, bunny tail & sprigs of greenery, with Mitchell’s being the largest.

At the ceremony, we created bundles of baby’s breath & greenery to line the aisles, not taking away from the beautiful interior of the cathedral. The banquet guest tables at the reception featured loose greenery, scattered blooms & hurricane candles with a peach placed at every setting for a special Georgia touch.
