I + B DRESSES: Blush by Hayley Paige + Ivory and Bliss
Last week shared images from this shoot by The Happy Bloom, and this week we have the images from Ivory + Bliss photography! We love seeing this shoot from the eyes of different photographers, it makes each and every photo so different! I love the focus on the bride in her stunning Blush by Hayley Paige gown, with the sunset shining through the tulle overlay, that has touches of blush that match the Savannah sunset perfect. And when they added a veil, swoon! A veil can make the best wedding images, it just adds such a soft romantic glow! And that ring from Trumpet and Horn? To die for! We love a touch of vintage in engagement rings, which is why we are huge fans of Trumpet and Horn! And Wormsloe is the perfect backdrop for this elopement. It's iconic Spanish moss hanging off of oak trees is every girls dream.
From the photographer, Lindsay Herbst Photography: I, as well as other film photographers from all over the country, came together for a 3 day styled shoot out/self taught workshop called Better Together. We had all met this past October attending another workshop in Georgia, and realized that we had learned just as much from each other, than we did from the workshop! During the workshop, and after, We all clicked so much, and really embraced the whole idea of Community Over Competition, We were constantly sharing tips on each others work, embracing our new found love of shooting film, encouraging each other, and growing from each other. A lot of us felt frustrated that there was a lack of inspiration in our areas, so we decided to collaborate on a styled shootout where we learned from each other, shared our struggles and our creative ideas.
We love when vendors can work together, and learn from each other! So much of this job is continuous learning, and having a supportive group around you is essential. See more of this shoot up on Ruffled!
