I+B Bride: Jordan + Emre

We are so lucky that we get to work with the sweetest brides. Jordan came in last year looking for something unique, with a little glitz. As soon as she tried on Gwen by Sarah Seven she knew, this was the one. When it came to accessories, she wanted to go big with her sash, so she chose the sparkliest sash we had, a gorgeous rhinestone piece by Adele Amelia. Our seamstress Shirley made the finishing touches, and even fitted Emre's suit for him, and added a special detail (which you will see below!) A huge congratulations to Jordan + Emre!! We wish them a lifetime of love, joy, and puppy kisses!

Jordan wore a gorgeous dress by Sarah Seven, made of silk georgette and sequined bodice that featured a high neckline and low back. Jordan had a sash added for an extra amount of sparkle. Everything about this dress fit her perfectly, from the slim straps that show off her amazing arms, to the low back for a little touch of skin. The sequins really sparkle day and night, and we love her touch of bracelets and headband.

Their dog Dunkin was with them every step of the day! (And is SO CUTE!) She got to wear her own flower collar, and even got a special cookie from Woof Gang to celebrate. After seeing Dunkin in all of Jordan + Emre's amazing engagement pictures, we were so excited to see her at the wedding!

We love a floral print bridesmaids dress, and Jordan's were the most beautiful we have seen! We love the soft blue and pink palate and they went perfect with the overall color scheme. Jordan even had her nails painted a soft blue, and added a cascading ribbon to her bouquet. Her bouquet was filled with ivory, greenery, and soft pinks and roses. The men wore navy blue suits, which complimented the bridesmaids perfectly. It's so refreshing to see such a modern and fun color palate!

Jordan + Emre's ceremony took place at Pulaski Square, with an isle of flower petals and drink station greeting guests. Each guest also had a fan on their chair, to ward off the summer heat. Jordan had her Alabama soccer teammates as her honorary bridesmaids, and had floral bracelets for them to wear. We love letting the girls closest to her in college have a special role on her big day.

Emre looked handsome in his J Crew suit, which our seamstress Shirley tailored for her (so not only does she do bridal gowns, she also does suits!) Shirley also added a special touch to his suit, by adding their wedding day to his jacket. One of our favorite moments from the wedding were Jordan + Emre embracing after walking down the isle together. That intimate moment showed how much love they have for each other, and how committed they are. Sometimes the moments guests don't see are the most precious.

Their reception took place at Cohen's Retreat, one of our favorite places to get married. They had patterned table linens, with gorgeous centerpieces filled with hydrangeas and pops of peach and orange roses. Their cake by Andi Bakes was phenomenal, with a gorgeous hand painted ombre pattern on it. Jordan switched out her headband for a floral crown for her reception, and we love this change. It transitioned the evening from formal to fun! Congratulations you two! meow, a
