Our Ivory & Beau Floral Designers have been creating flower magic at weddings since 2014, and are dedicated to crafting stunning floral arrangements for grand occasions, curating flower designs that defy the ordinary. Our passion lies in transforming spaces with beautiful blooms, be it through our large scale hanging installations, ceremony backdrops and displays, and awe-inspiring centerpieces and tablescapes. The Floral Process
01. CUSTOM PROPOSAL
Our process starts with a custom flower proposal, designed by our expert floral stylists once you fill out the consultation questionnaire. The more information about your day, vibe, vision and style that you can give us, the more detail we can go into this first proposal! Feel free to send us over some inspiration pictures too!
02. FLORAL DESIGN HAPPENS
Next, we will work closely with you to choose the best assortment of flowers and items for your day. We will go into detail about your favorite flowers and colors, your style and overall vibe for your wedding! This is where you can request special floral statement pieces, like hanging installations, ceremony backdrops, or unique floral seating charts.
03. DESIGN FINALIZATION
At 4 weeks before your big day, we require all details and changes to be finalized so we have ample time to order the products for your wedding! We’ll confirm the number of bouts and bouquets needed, centerpieces for the reception, and all other details to ensure your day is as perfect as you dreamed it would be!
04. IT’S TIME!
It’s wedding week!! Our floral designers are hard at work putting together your dream wedding flowers, how exciting!
On the morning of your wedding, one of our floral stylists will hand deliver all the personal flowers (wedding bouquets and boutonnières) to you. Meanwhile, the rest of the team are busy at your wedding venue crafting the floral installations and table displays!
