I + B DRESSES: Blush by Hayley Paige + The Happy Bloom
One of the most magical places in Savannah is Wormsloe at sunset. Nothing beats the soft evening light through the giant oak trees and Spanish moss. It's romantic, historic, and the perfect spot for a styled shoot! We are just over the moon from this shoot by The Happy Bloom that was up on 100 Layer Cake! They chose the most gorgeous spot for the shoot, and we love the mix of dusty blue and blush. For the gown, they borrowed our Candi gown by Blush by Hayley Paige. Now, at first glance, this looks like a simple sweetheart ballgown. But it's actually two gowns in one! The under layer is a geometric print lace fitted sheath with a sweetheart neckline. The overlay is a tulle ballgown, with layers of ivory and cherry blossom blush for a touch of pink. We love the softness of the tulle, and how you can still see the fitted shape underneath. It's such a fun dress, since you can wear the ballgown for the ceremony, and take it off for the dance party! Plus, the soft blush is so stunning at sunset. The images below are proof!
