Bridal Entourage Etiquette

We have seen brides experience trying to find the dress ruined by bad entourages.
Saying YES to the dress should be a fun, positive and exciting time and the party should help the bride rather than bring her down.
We of course always want to encourage everyone to be able to vocalize their opinions BUT….there is a better way to say some things that can help the bride rather than discourage or make her feel insecure.
The biggest thing to remember is its not always about the dress. It’s the feeling a dress gives the bride - the feeling that she can say forever to her love.
Avoid words like skinny, fat, big, small - instead use figure, shape, accentuate, flattering.
*GOLDEN RULE: let the bride speak first!
If you have nothing nice to say, consider not saying anything. If she is crying happy tears, let it be. Don’t say anything, let her soak up her special moment.
