Y’all!!! This is such a cool feature! Our Bridal Boutique Manager and Chief Operating Officer, Holly Holcomb, was featured in Maggie Sottero’s Saturday Stylist Spotlight on their social media, which has over 352k followers!!!!! Holly was chosen as a stylist because of her achievements within the bridal industry and specifically working with Maggie Sottero.

Holly first started at Ivory & Beau the summer of 2020. While her background was not in sales, she had extensive knowledge about the wedding industry having come from working at the Mighty Eighth Air Force Museum. She had great connections within the industry and wanted to continue her journey in bridal. Since starting, she has excelled at everything she has tackled within the business. Her extraordinary customer service and ability to connect with customers has been pivotal to the success of Ivory & Beau and the growth of the company. In addition to being a fantastic Bridal Stylist, she is the Team Manager and Chief Operating Officer. She handles tasks from overseeing the team, helping with human resources issues, helping with the renovation of the building, recruiting and hiring new team members and most importantly to Nicole… she is exemplary in working with any problem that comes up with complete grace, confidence and kindness.

I frequently say that Holly is the complete opposite of myself and that she balances the management and leadership of the team so wonderfully. Ivory & Beau has been transformed and grown in many ways with the addition of Holly on the team and my gratitude towards her is more than words could ever come close to expressing. She is the order to my chaos, the calm to my store, the planner to my spontaneity, the calendar to my lost sticky notes, the ‘undo button’ to my oops…. and yes I could go on. I have no idea how she manages and oversees as much as she does for Ivory & Beau behind the scenes and for Ivory & Beau brides in a customer-facing position but she does! Anyway, back to Maggie Sottero… and a little sneak at Holly’s top pick from each collection of a dress we have in stock currently!!
