Deanna & Larry
Deanna and Larry were one of the coolest couples we have worked with. They are both fun, outgoing, and wanted their wedding to reflect their years together and their hobbies. Their ceremony took place in front of Forsyth Fountain, and the groom has a pretty bad-ass entrance (scroll down to see!). They love riding on his bike, so Larry surprised Deanna with custom leather vests after the ceremony, which she rocked all night!
One think we have to really mention.. the vegan desserts from Rum Runners! They are hands down the best cakes we have ever tasted.. and they were vegan! They were so moist, so flavorful, and I mean, just look at how fun his groom cake is! So if you are vegan and worried about dessert... don't be! Rum Runners Bakery has you covered!
Deanna and Larry got married in front of Forsyth Fountain, on a sunny day this past May. And we have to admit, Larry's entrance was the coolest we have seen! He is an avid motorcycle rider, and instead of walking down the aisle... he rode! It made for the perfect start to their wedding.
Instead of the usual pictures around Savannah, Meghan Melia followed the couple across the Talmadge bridge and got some of the coolest pictures of them riding. (No really, they are epic!) After pictures across the river, they headed back to the Charles H Morris Center for their reception. For cocktail hour, they had shaved ice from Larry's cousin at Savannah Famous Shaved Ice. Guests gathered around on the patio and it was a hit!

In the enchanting embrace of Savannah's historic charm, Sarah and Max's love story unfolded amidst the timeless setting at The Drayton Hotel. With Ivory & Beau orchestrating the affair as both floral designer and wedding management, their wedding became a captivating narrative of contrasts, blending the allure of modern dark, moody florals with an artistic and editorial grace that feels very ‘old Hollywood’.
On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!
