Ivory & Beau Bride, Wedding & Florals: Amanda & Kyle
Our #iandbbride Amanda was the most gorgeous & elegant bride in her Rebecca Ingram gown - a relaxed boho a-line wedding dress. With a plunging v-neckline, a three-banded waist & an illusion beaded bodice, this dress was perfect for her rustic venue, Soho South, in Savannah, Georgia. Not only did she say “yes” to her perfect dress at Ivory & Beau, we also had the honor of coordinating & creating the florals for Amanda & Kyle’s special day. The vision for their fall wedding was eclectic with a touch of boho.
With autumn shades of green, rusty yellows & burnt oranges and blush, we used a variety of roses, black field dahlias, bronze spray mums & amaranthus, along with pampas grass, copper beech & eucalyptus for their arrangements. For Amanda’s bridal bouquet she wanted a large arrangement with lots of greenery & big blooms in fall colors with sprigs of pampas grass. The bridesmaids bouquets were smaller versions of her bouquet, but all mismatching in style (later used as centerpieces on the reception tables). Kyle & the groomsmen’s boutonnieres had neutral blooms & greenery, keeping it simple. Their ceremony backdrop was a triangular arch with greenery, blooms & pampas grass at the top and left side, that was later used as the backdrop for their sweetheart table. The aisle was kept simple with just two large arrangement at the first rows on each side of the aisle. The seating chart was a display of multiple terracotta & glass pots, and the favors were small cactus plants. Amanda danced the night away in her “Till death do us part” denim embroidered jacket.
