I&B (Blogger!) Bride: Kirsty

There’s nothing we love more than a good love story… so when we get the chance to read about how a real I&B bride fell in love the dress of her dreams, our hearts just about stop.

Kirsty wrote all about her wedding dress shopping experience on her blog, Foreign Frenzy. From wedding-lingo woes to the overwhelming variety of options, we get the feeling a lot of I&B brides-- past and present-- will relate to Kirsty’s bridal boutique adventures.

I&B wasn’t Kirsty’s first (or even her last) stop, but it just so happened to be where she’d find her hidden treasure: in this case, the Violet gown by Nicole Miller. Based on how perfectly it fit her personality, you wouldn’t know that this dress wasn’t custom made for this Australian babe!

"There was one dress I tried on, and when I looked into the mirror it was like the earth stood still, and it was just me and the girl in the reflection occupying the room."

Sorry.... We had to run out and wipe our tears real quick. How sweet is she?

When the big day finally came, Kirsty paired the Violet gown with loose curls, a cathedral veil, and best of all, a flower crown.

The I&B team extends a heartfelt congratulations to our sweet I&B (blogger!) bride, Kirsty. Go and check out her post and while you’re at it, be sure to flood her Instagram with lots of love, I&B Tribe!
