A Very Special I&B Bride: Trish
Every I&B bride is special, but Trisha? Well, Trisha will always have a special place in our hearts.
When Trish said yes to the dress at Ivory & Beau, she thought she would only be modeling the gown for a photoshoot. She had already eloped to her husband of six years, but the groom-to-be’s mother had them thinking they were meant to be models for a photoshoot.
But it was so, so much more special than that.
You see, what Trish and Adam didn’t know was that this photoshoot wasn’t just a photoshoot.
It was their wedding day.
So many beautiful Savannah vendors came together to donate their time and resources to create a truly wonderful and special day for this military couple. As the daughter of a retired Army vet, my heart swells to think of it; you better believe that every single member of the I&B team was weeping when we finally got to watch the WTOC Special.
Adam returned home from Afghanistan a hero, having earned a bronze star medal for risking his life to save that of a fallen comrade. His family decided that it was only right to honor his service by allowing him and his bride to celebrate the wedding they never got to have.
The I&B team extends a heartfelt congratulations to I&B Bride Trish and her husband, Adam. Thank you, again, for your service. Wishing you both health and happiness for all the years to follow!
