Happy 2-year Birthday Baby McKenzie!!!
So so so thrilled to be saying Happy 2-year birthday with Ivory & Beau to our baby mermaid hair McKenzie!!!!!!!!!! AND... not just that but McKenzie officially starts working for us basically full-time on July 26th!!
We are so blessed that McKenzie has been with our little company for so long!!! It makes you feel so special that someone is willing to dedicate so much time working for you and when I say working I mean working really hard while hopefully also having a lot of fun. So, to celebrate her 2-year birthday here's a little reminiscing of some of our favorite adventures with our awesome badass employee. We love you McKenzie!!!!!!
January 11th, 2015: celebrating Ivory & Beau's 1-year birthday with us at the shop with a fun photobooth from DreamWeaver!!!
January 24th, 2015: that one time McKenzie modeled wedding dresses for us at one of the bridal shows we attended & she had a really cool new haircut.

June 2nd, 2015: that one time McKenzie and her fabulous mermaid hair modeled for our 70's inspired hangar airplane music shoot that we did for Savannah Weddings Magazine.
June 4th, 2015: that one time we had a fake brainstorming sesh so we could use it on Instagram for some reason I can't remember.
June 27th, 2015: Hora Loca party time at Daniela & Pedro's wedding; one of the most intensive weddings we have ever done (these guys had a whole trailer of stuff to setup) was also one of the most fun weddings we have ever done/seen!! Hora Loca... enough said.

July 25th, 2015: that one time at a wedding when a guy came and drunkenly talked to us for 20 minutes. First about Bruce Jenner & how biology and sociology don't work the same, then about Kim Kardashian's first dad and how he was a lawyer who worked with Mark Gerago, then about how the bride is a lawyer so if we kill someone we can call them, but we can't call Mark Gerago unless we are rich, famous and ALSO kill somebody, then about zodiac signs, then about the confederate flag and Dukes of Hazzard, then asked McKenzie when she was born and when she said 1994 he said he could be her dad at 14.5 years old, then he told her she was a "full-grown baby." Touche drunk man, touche.
August 7th, 2015: that one time McKenzie was a model and then she was in a magazine and her hair was gorgeous.
August 18th, 2015: that one time McKenzie was super embarrassed when she ran into me at the bowling lanes when I was bowling on my league and it was super cool because I was with my former boss, Stephanie, so it was boss on boss on boss.
October 16th, 2015: that one time the night before Rachel & Jonny's wedding we all hung out in a hotel room and Chris, Nic and myself made scary faces.
October 17th, 2015: Dancing at Rachel & Jonny's wedding; McKenzie traveled to Pineola Farms with us and worked the wedding of my friends while I was on bridesmaid duty (i.e. dancing wildly all night long.)
October 18th, 2015: That one time we went to a corn maze & pumpkin patch on our way back from middle-of-nowhere Georgia and we got lost because Nic is terrible at directions and we were throwing corn at each other and it was fun.
January 11th, 2016: that one time we had fun in the photobooth at our 2-year birthday at the shop.
2016 in general: that one time she made this for a shoot we did and then put it on Etsy and sold a ton of them on her shop....
June 9th, 2016: We are so proud of McKenzie's passion for calligraphy and all the calligraphy projects she has done this year! She is so talented and artistic and we know she is going to go so far and be very successful and a very awesome calligraphist!!!! June 10th, 2016: that one time she made an adorable sign for our Ivory & Beau brides to take pictures with after they say yes to the dress!
Yup, we love our baby McKenzie. She will be training soon to be a full-time wedding planner and we could not be more excited for what the future has in store for McKenzie and Ivory & Beau! Love, the best bosses in the whole entire world who deserve boss gifts on a daily basis and lots of chocolate.
