Rose Quartz and Serenity Styled Shoot
One of our best vendor friends is Atosha from Larger Than Life Events. She is seriously SO much fun to be around, and I love when she stops by, or calls the shop. She has supported our shop from day one, and has always been promoting us. So of course we had to help out when she needed a gown for her wedding planning workshop, Behind The Veil! Centered around wedding planners and those in the industry, Behind The Veil helps you with the business side of your company. How to set up your company, branding, pricing, and all back end business operations. It's filled with lot's of guest speakers who have years of knowledge and experience. The workshop includes a photoshoot, which we got to lend a dress for! The theme was Rose Quartz and Serenity, the two Pantone colors of 2017. Atosha wanted something blush and textured, so we chose Rosemary by Blush by Hayley Paige . (This gown has since been discontinued, but don't worry, we still have one in stock, size 14!) This gown is an all over ruched organza, with trumpet skirt and sweetheart neckline.
Her next event is February 7th 2017, so make sure to register if you are interested!
For the photoshoot, Atosha focused on a mix of glam and romance. Black chandeliers and candelabras added a touch of moody, while the clear Chiavari chairs were ultra modern. The table had a rose gold runner, with rose gold napkins for an extra touch of sparkle at each place setting. Our favorite part has got to be the black cake! I feel like so many brides would say no to black, but this is done oh so well. It sparkles!

In the enchanting embrace of Savannah's historic charm, Sarah and Max's love story unfolded amidst the timeless setting at The Drayton Hotel. With Ivory & Beau orchestrating the affair as both floral designer and wedding management, their wedding became a captivating narrative of contrasts, blending the allure of modern dark, moody florals with an artistic and editorial grace that feels very ‘old Hollywood’.
On the sleek rooftop lawn of Perry Lane, surrounded with the historic views of Savannah, Megan wove together a palette of deep berry reds, burnt oranges and blush shades of muted pink florals on two willow branch arches, creating a captivating and dramatic backdrop for Dawn & Larry’s ceremony. The results were breathtaking!
