All of our brides are always looking their best, but we’ve got something up our sleeve to help get y’all feeling your best too: a FREE workout sesh with our tried and true trainer Michelle Riley of Body Oasis Fitness, LLC! 
 
From 10AM-10:45AM on Sunday, July 16th, the Ivory & Beau team will be hosting the Bride Tribe Workout Class in conjunction with Body Oasis Fitness, LLC. We know it’s going to be a little toasty when all is said and done, so we’ve also invited some of our fav vendors if you’re looking for a sweet treat to reward yourself afterwards!
 
We’re inviting brides, bridesmaids, as well as all those wedding-enthusiasts in-between to come out get fit with us! 

We’ve been working with Michelle Riley for a while now, and we think it’s fair to say that she’ll make you feel the burn--in the best way! Her HIIT (or high-intensity interval training, if we’re going long here) workout is designed to get your heart pumping, but if that isn’t enough for you, we’ve got plans to get the bass thumping, too!

DJ Will Smith will be providing the workout jams--we know you’ll think he’s awesome, so we’ll go ahead and let you know that he does weddings, too!

We promised sweet treats, and you know we’ll always deliver on that front. Free mini cupcakes provided by Gigi’s Cupcakes will be available for anyone looking for that post (or pre, we don’t judge) workout sugar rush. If you need to cool down after your cool-down, we’ve also invited Jenni’s Treats on the Streets to bring ‘round her rockin’ ice cream truck. Be sure to bring cash to get your cone!

Not only will the first ten people who show up receive free Ivory & Beau tees, but we’ll also be handing out goodie bags filled with awesome swag--as well as some info on all the vendors in attendance.  

It’s all fun and games out at Forsyth--no, really, it’s only for fun! Much like our boutique, we’re striving to be certain that this event is a no-stress sitch for all involved. Get excited, have fun, and don’t push yourself too hard. You and your bride tribe deserve nothing but good vibes!
